Job Description:

    Company Background:

    • A leading American company.


    Key Responsibility:

    • Propose sales building blocks and business insights for sales target achievement in each assigned key account customer.

    • Provide accurate forecasting of products for each assigned account and coordinate with RSM/RKAM for inclusion in monthly forecasting requirements.

    • Establish assigned key accounts strategies to grow sales, market share, influence key decision makers, maintain loyalty, and then implement associated channel plans for assigned key accounts.

    • Design, prepare and present business plans for all key accounts and agree on trade promotions and consumer promotions with strategic thinking.

    • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly business reviews for assigned key accounts.

    • Ensure alignment across customer marketing manager, regional sales manager, regional key account manager for the key initiatives execution, including projects roll-out, 100% compliance rate, sales forecast.

    • Develop, implement and evaluate key account plans to meet sales and profit objectives by product portfolio and by customer.

    • Work closely with customer to provide category and market insights to drive sales performance.

    • Develop and deliver new product launch plans with sustainable go-to-market strategies.

    • Coordinate and communicate any commercial strategies including product, price and supply changes to assigned key accounts customers.


    Key Qualification:

    • Results driven (Sales Target & Projects Rolling) & strong leadership and ownership.

    • Self-motivated with enthusiasm and prioritization, be good at problem solving and strategic thinking.

    • Good presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.

    • Good people skills for relationship building and be influential.

    • Good team player for internal and external coordination.

    • Bachelor degree above with strong key account background with ability to meet sales objectives.
