Setup team business plan, and lead the team to achieve the goal;

Setup the team structure, responsible for people management including recruiting, training and retention;

Responsible for the existing client relation management and actively BD new client.

 

 

Requirements

Bachelor or above Degree;

Three years plus team management experience in recruiting industry.

Senior Consultant/Consultant /Assistant Consultant Apply

Responsibilities

 

As the contact window to manage the key client’s relationship;

Actively find new business opportunity;

Source, interview and meet candidates to find good opportunity for them;

Manage the candidate database in your specialized talent market;

Manage your live job pipelines to hit revenue / KPI targets.

 

Requirements

Bachelor or above Degree;

Quick learning ability, Proactive, Result driven, Team working, can work under pressure;

Headhunting experience is not a must.
