Responsible for achieving Zero recordable cases on Core Values. Continuously improve SHE performance, quality and food safety performance through strong leadership.
Own safety, food safety, environment, ethics and people respect performance of supply chain department. Lead incident investigation and strict CAPA for eliminating risk to Core Values.
Conduct inspection in responsible area every day and drive result until the corrective and preventive actions done as planned.
Compliance, Quality and Food Safety.
Responsible for fully compliance with law, regulatory and company policies in supply chain department.
Responsible for storing and delivering products to meet quality and food safety standard including ISO 9001, FSSC22000, HACCP and GMP, etc.
Responsible for reporting food safety issue according to Q&FS policy. Lead investigation of any incidents and complete CAPAs on time.
Responsible for establishing and improving SOPs and related procedure to fill supply chain gap on quality and food safety.
Standardization and Continuous Improvement.
Accountable for delivery of supply chain department KPIs including Zero Core-Value recordable cases, DTP, Inventory, Customer complaint, NPI and Scraps, Cost-saving target, etc.
Responsible for providing supply solution to fulfill customer needs with appropriated investment.
Responsible for completing whole-year planned supply activities within PO budget.
Responsible for setting up supply capacity and cost optimization roadmap, identifying year-on-year activity list and delivering result as planned.
Coach and support direct reports in daily supply chain operations and sub-department target delivery.
Co-work with Sourcing & Logistics team to manage supply chain vendor and service supplier.
People development.
Responsible for supply chain department’s succession plan and review effectively.
Connect to supply chain KPIs to develop wageroll skillset. Complete annual wageroll skill matrix review to be important input to plant talent pipeline.
Develop direct reports through flexible managerial methods to improve their performance. Provide support and deploy resource including identified training to accelerate their development. Complete mid-year and year-end performance review through standard tools on time.
Own supply chain department OLR (Organization Leadership Review) and support plant manager to de-velop plant OLR as core member of plant management team.
Keep a high morale in supply chain department, recognize people’s contribution and share both of business success and department achievements with employees through team-building meetings and activities.
Key Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or above, supply chain management, logistics management, international trade and related education background preferred.
Must have either above 3 years supply chain manager or above 6 years supply chain supervisor experience, FMCG industry experience preferred.
Strong communication and English skills.
Functional skill required.
Outstanding leader. Gets tasks done very quickly with high quality standard driving. Able to handle pressure while maintaining excellence of work and timely speed of completion.
Project managing experience.
Good Excel skills and SAP experience preferred.
Travel Rate: 10%.
