Job Description:
Key Responsibility:
Collaborate with the VM planning to determine how marketing campaigns and ISC materials “come to life” at retail by developing monthly ISC plans
Manage and review budget for monthly campaigns to ensure campaigns are executed in accordance to MWB plan
Lead in the formulation and execution of the monthly retail marketing communications plan
Leads the process of plan monitoring and tracking all retail marketing activities
Provides analysis of the results of the key retail marketing initiatives
Manage and maximize all key vendors partners, including but not limited to: Props, POP, Retail Activation, etc. to ensure that the partnerships are maximized
Develops retail marketing management platform and rollout plans
Work with the Regional team in resolving issues related to retail store development, in-store communication and visual merchandising activities at regional level
Provides strong leadership for horizontal reports
Other job-related work assigned by supervising manager
Key Qualification:
Related experience from FMCG industries is essential
Minimum 10 years' working experience
Advanced English and Mandarin ability
Strong leadership style
Strong communication skill (local / regional/ cross functional) Working with people
