Regional Planning Manager – APAC
Responsibilities: Leading regional KPI roadmap development and deployment to positively influence countries KPI delivery (Service, inventory, scrapping cost). Global/regional planning project deployment within APAC Region (Process, tools). Support country planning capability building up (Process, tools). Qualifications: S/he has a deep understanding of how business results and financial KPIs are impacted by the improvement actions executed in the supply chain. S/he will have the know-how to convert strategies into actions with defined goals. Clearly a track record of success combining strategies and tactics will be core to the role. S/he will have excellent communication and management skills in both an international and Asia work environment. S/he will be able to introduce and support the implementation of innovative processes that will improve the business performance of company to engage at every level of the organization to gain support for major initiatives and to discuss/report business results. S/he can quickly earn credibility with peers in the business, as well as have a positive impact with senior leaders where the reputation can be strengthened.
